prenatal vitamins

Is it normal that my prenatal vitamin makes my throw up?  Its like my body rejects it after it realizes it's in my body.  I'm 9w3d and a ftm and I haven't been able to go to the doctor yet because I just got approved for insurance.

Or switch to a whole foods/plant based. They are more natural and safe. I see to throw mine up too, and smelled like iron metal. Nasty. Not anymore. Try Natures Path Prenatal.

I take the gummy ones also and I seem to really like them and they don't make me sick, They are berry flavored.

I stop talking them for right now bc I was feelin like crap & loss a lot of weight.

Yes...it can happen. Everyone told me to take them at night instead of the morning. And it help a lot. Also have something in your stomach before you take it.
