I'm  working until I pop! I'm a nurse and my coworkers are pretty excited about it lol! Even one of the doctors I work with is hoping he'll be there if my water breaks, which I highly doubt it will

My leave doesn't start until the week baby is due, but I had holiday saved up so that I can leave work on the 8th of May.

I'm leaving may 22, (two weeks before due date) so I can have a little time to decorate and prepare for my baby. The maximum time I can get leave is 12 weeks so I am even thinking of working till the very last day so I can have more time with my baby. Its so frustrating, i would of stopped working a long time ago.

With my daughter, she was a week late and we had a scheduled induction. I worked until 3 days before I went into the hospital. My boss was not comfortable with that at all. He even changed my schedule so I wouldn't have to walk the warehouse to close up at night because he had this horrible fear I would go into labor back there and not be able to get to a phone or something. Haha. With this one, I'm a full-time student and not working so when my semester ends in 2.5 weeks, I'll be able to relax and just focus on getting ready for the baby for my last month.

I've had some medical issues cropping up so I've got to change what it is that I'm doing at work... I hope they're going to be able to work with me. If there isn't a light duty option on a different shift I'll have to go on leave much sooner than I want to but my midwives are insistent that I can't keep working overnights on my feet or we'll never get my sugars (or my ankles) under control.

Working until she comes or I can no longer work. June is our busiest month so i want to stay and help my assistant as much as possible before baby comes. Plus i am not one to sit around and wait I think it would drive me crazy.
