Mommy' with toddler need some tips for potty training

my babygirl turns 2 in agost and I haven't potty train her yet I'm going to be honest I don't know where to start I need help specially now that I have my baby boy it's hard to be changing two babies I change a lot of diaper at the end of the week and I would really like my babygirl to start going her self any tips will help thank you

I understand my middle child is 20 months & now we have a  3wk old. B4 the baby, we were potty training, she was doing great! Then I spoke w my pediatrician & she said really it's pointless to try to potty train b4 baby bcuz they will regress once baby comes bcuz their jealous, feel left out etc. just take Ur time don't force it. My lil one has gone poop on the potty 4 times since the baby has been home (3wks). Praise Ur lil one if they use the toilet, bring them in to the bathroom w U when U go so they understand. U may want to get a lil floor toilet & a seat insert for the regular toilet. See what they like better. And this is were it's hard U have to give 100% to potty training-every time I see my lil 1 getting red in the face-like she's pushing or runs away, I get her to run to the bathroom & we sit as long as she needs & as many times as she needs. So w a newborn this is very hard, we don't always make it. To really potty train which I haven't been brave enough to do yet is loose the diapers/ pull ups completely. Underwear only!!! Then they understand getting wet or poopy. This just means a lot of messes while practicing & lots of dirty clothes. Be patient it will happen. Take Ur time w the 1 Ur potty training her whole world has changed just w a new baby in the house, and potty training is another big milestone.

There are a lot of good books on potty training, I would recommend getting one.  Two is pretty young to be expecting potty training to work, and that would be especially true if your child was a boy.  Some girls are ready to try, though.  You can't force a kid to potty train, the child really has to be ready, and it has to do with not just with the child being ready to understand what you are saying, but also being physically able to hold it until undressed and sitting on the loo.  That's a lot of things to know, such as, how to manage her clothes, how to sense the 'urge', and how to sense the urge in time to get to the loo.

My oldest was potty trained at 2 and for her pottys were the worst thing, when we put her her right onto the toilet she finally started to go on her own. This will sound funny but she was always so excited to flush and say goodbye pee lol My second trained herself, I started to realize that her diapers were always dry and then I found her going on the potty!!

Following!  I have an almost 3 year old who refuses to even try! I am also changing way too many diapers!
