My doc told me that Claritin is okay while pregnant since that's what I've always taken.  I didn't ask about the other ones, sorry!

Hello! Okay, so I totally understand because I also get HORRIBLE allergies. Some non-medicated things I would suggest trying that help me.....Make sure my hands are clean 24/7-obsessive washing basically- allergy eye drops really help eyes, saline nasal spray helps clear dust/pollen/anything irritating my nose, and believe it or not lozenges help clear my airway and help me get a handle on my sneezing and itchy throat. I do all of these together for the best effect. If you are having swollen. and super itchy eyes, do the drops and then put a cold wet cloth folded over them for about 10 minutes. It can REALLY help.

We are also okay to take benadryl but I usually avoid medications unless I am having a very severe allergy attack. I hope this helps you
