Yeast infection?

i have never had a yeast infection but I think I may have one now. Have any of you had one and if so what do you do to treat it?

I have one red sore/ itchy spot on the inner lip  . My discharge doesn't smell and it's just white/milky

Monistat is used to treat it during pregnancy. Whem im not pregnant I use Diflucan  (its one pill)
What is your symptoms?
We all have an increase in discharge while pregnant but if its lumpy like cottage cheese and you have itching then it's like a yeast infection. Smelly white discharge is Bacteria vaginosis  (smells like fish) and can be itchy

I had one for the first time last week nd they gave me a tablet to insert for 6 nights before bed.
