All I can say is relax your mind and let your body do what it needs to I am pregnant with number 3. After a long hard labour with number 1. I went into denial with number 2 it was so relaxing and enjoyable. Just try to relax and talk over your fears with your doctor or midwife.
I have absolutely zero pain tolerance and i have delivered one baby with no epidural. Once your a mama you'll learn to just roll with things. I spent a lot of time worrying then when it was over its no big deal. I agree to take concerns to doctor but also trust if they say not to worry. It's very scary to think about since no one is the same but try not to think about it and make a birth plan if that helps calm you!
In the Caribbean, in Tobago, we have no choice but to do it naturally. I'm kinda scared but everyone is different and everyone's pain tolerance is different. But the if you can take a class or read up more on them, you will be better at making your decision.
Talk to your doctor about all your concerns and discuss with her what option would be best for you. Everyone is different and birthing method is a personal choice. If you're afraid of the pain then plan on getting an epidural or other pain meds. Panicking during labor will only make it worse. Also, take some classes so you have an idea of what it will be like to go through labor and delivery. You'll be fine. Women have been giving birth since the beginning of time and you can do it too:)
