depression

I feel like an awful person. Starting this week I have just been depressed. Don't want to do anything. Don't want to hear about baby stuff. Just scared and extremely nervous that the feeling isn't going to go away after the baby is born. I honestly just want all of this to be over. Everything like everything has me on edge.

You aren't awful. Sometimes pregnancy and all the hormomal changes can really mess with you. Try to enjoy these days. Easier said than done...but there may come a time that you missed being pregnant. When you hold that little one in your arms, all of those feelings will pass away :)

For me the only thing that makes me feel good is working out, I'm not a crazy gym rat (never have been 1), i do a home prenatal DVD, it's only 30 mins long. The only way I can do it is if I wake up an hour before every1 else. But I feel so much better when I take the time, s
