god ppl r so rude some times!

My son was born 9pounds 4ounzes. Well when strangers or family ask me how much he weighed at birth they say "jeez thats a huge baby" or "god! Did that hurt comming out or what" or " thats one fat baby" i bout knocked the damn guy out for saying my baby is fat! He does not have a single fat roll on him. Hes long n skinny!

I agree 2015harmony! Over 9 lbs is a big baby but so what, besides chunky babies are the cutest babies.  I call my baby "my chunky monkey" all the time.:-) I don't think those comments were meant to offend you and I definitely don't think it's something to be upset over.

Don't get upset... That's a big baby. That's great. He's a big healthy fat baby... I love baby fat rolls, especially on the legs. My last 2 babies had fat legs. My daughter had such cute chunky monkey legs. My newborn now (7.6 at birth) has lil skinny legs.. Although he's been packing on 7oz+ a week!! He's a great at nursing. I can't wait until he has fat legs too. So anyway don't take it as an insult but as a compliment. You want a big healthy baby... When they're about 2 they slim down.
