Stop thinking about what you fear. You can create what you fear on a cellular level. Its the laws of the mind! That's why rich get richer and the poor are poor. They say things like " I can't afford that right now". It doesn't help your situation to wrap your mind in the negative thoughts. Although its normal to fear, you have to literally crush that fear with a positive (out loud) affirmation. Say "my baby will move smoothly through the birth canal" every time you have that thought. I had my baby all natural and LOVED it! Society is brainwashed to believe giving birth is painful and scary. Its not! We are built for this!  God created us do give birth...why would he create us to struggle and be in pain during such a beautiful process? Look into hypnobirthing. It will help

To ease your mind my daughter got stuck at her shoulders, and I didn't even know until after she was born. They didn't tell me, just continued to make me push and luckily I was able to push her out fine. When I look back if I was told I would have panicked but all was calm and I delivered her fine. Just remember they are professionals and do this everyday, you will be fine.

It's perfectly normal to be nervous & scared but remember women have been giving birth forever and should you need some help you have highly trained professionals who deal with all circumstances every day at hand. Just remember that no matter how your little one comes in to this world it's just a tiny chapter in the rest of your life and you won't have time to dwell on it.

Don't worry or stress about it because you have no control over what happens, just breath and trust the doctors if something doesn't go as planned

Anyone else have a fear of birth? Is it possible for baby to be stuck half way out. Lime heads out and the rest isn't?
