prenatal vitamins

Anyone else having a hard time swallowing there vitamins? I can't do the gummy ones I can't stand things like that that get stuck to my teeth lol but ive been having a horrible time swallowing my vitamin one time as soon as I swallowed it I got sick and if I take it when my stomach feels upset there's no use because I can't get it down.

I take a brand called multi sure.  It is a gel cap vitamin.  No taste and easier to swallow.  Materna and the other name brands made me sick.  I'm in canada so not sure of the availability other places

I take 2 flintstones vitamins daily

If u put the pill on a spoon with some yogurt on it its so much easier.! Ik it sounds weird an stupid but it really works.!

I couldn't stomach my prenatal vitamins so my doctor had me by Flintstone vitamins. They are smaller and have a good flavor. No problems now :)

I've been taking 2 flintstones vitamins  because I have the same issue

I have a genetic disorder that doesn't allow me to process folic acid among other issues so I have to take an alternate form. Plus, baby aspirin, additional B6 & B12. Taking my pills is a chore. I'm just glad that we caught it early & that most of what I need to take is just vitamins. I've found the gel capsules easier to swallow for the prenatal. Good luck.

Omg I take the regular rainbow light prenatal vitamins and THEY ARE HUGE! Very difficult to take especially with nausea!!!

Yes!  I have trouble swallowing pills in general (irrational fear of choking) but my prenatals for some reason give me extra grief. I am forever thinkkng "please stay down" as i am swallowing them.

Try nature made with DHA.  Its a soft gel.  No taste or smell and foes down smooth.  I love it

With the OK from my doctor,  I take 2 Flintstone vitamins... Anything else and I'm constantly vomiting

Yes ! Plus they made me so sick. I switched to the gummies, much better.

I do as well, i always had a problem with pills. So ive got rainbow light vitamins in mini, they're smaller but you have to  take 3 daily.i also have to take then with juice otherwise they won't go or stay down.
