Just got my first Brazilian last night!!-not as bad as I thought the pain would be. Now I don't have to worry to bend in awkward positions to shave!!

Problem is that ig you do not shave or wax before going in, they do it for you and some of them do not care. They have to do this, because hair can csuse septicemia, which can lead to death, should a hair fall into a wound and they stitch it up.

This is not just for c-section patients, as you never know what is hoing to happen during birth and if they will need to snip you.

Good luck ladies.

Go get waxed. Best idea ever. I go back next week and there is barely any hair that has grown back.

I'm not worried about the doctors really, more worried about my partner seeing me ungroomed down there during birth.

I use scissors and a full length mirror. But an electric trimmer might be good too. I wouldn't get waxed, ouch! So much more blood down there means more pain and you don't want to have to deal with being itchy as the hair grows back, ON TOP of having stiches and whatever down there. Yeah, not worth it!! Plus I'm sure doctors have seen it all and they don't care.

My hubby helped me once, but I was so tired afterwards. I've decided to trim it with an electrical trimmer next week and then go for a wax in week 39/40 if baby doesn't decide to come sooner. Then it will be the nurse's problem and not mine.

Get an electric shaver. Stand in front of a mirror.  Put a paper towel on the floor to collect the hair.  This way saves your back

My husband shaved it a few times for me and other times I use a propped up mirror in the bathroom but now that I'm getting super big, I'm quickly losing patience and don't really care anymore.

Lmao I feel like same way. The last thing I tried was putting a towel under me and trimming with scissors in front of the mirror. I'm not use to hair at all so I plan on getting a way within the next two weeks.
