waters or pee?

I'm 27wks,
I was sitting/laying on the lounge and all of a sudden I sneezed and as I sneezed a felt a fair bit of water or pee come out. I checked and my undies had a massive wet patch. I smelt it and smelt odorless.

I did just go to the toilet like 2mins before I sneezed.

I'm just not sure if I peed myself or was it my waters?

This happens to me daily.  Usually when i sneeze or if i get up to fast!

Just pee. Sounds like you need to strengthen those kegel muscles. Start now or it could get worse after you deliver. I was having the same problem. I hate doing them but I try to do it daily now. Blah!

Yup, it's just pee. It happens to me all the time.

sorry to be the bearer of bad news lol but welcome to the 3rd trimester you pee'd urself.! dont worry its become normal for me.when i laugh or sneeze

Doubt it's ur amniotic fluid, similar thing happened to me at 14 weeks, could b urine or old discharge that was forced out by ur sneeze... If it's fluid it should continue to leak when ur lying down (babies head should block the flow when standing) and they say fluid should smell sweet
