Tired
I'm 7 weeks today and even though I get 8-10 hours of sleep a night I'm still so tired during the day. Even when I take an hour or two nap with my 14 month old. Has anyone else experienced fatigue like this?

Me too, 6 weeks (first) and I'm sooo tired. Boyfriend is making my lunch for me for work and running my bath for me every morning, and cooking at night, and walking the dogs and cleaning and just doing everything, all I do is sleep and then try to get through the work day without it being obvious that I'm not really there (Facebook ftw) and I'm still just absolutely exhausted. I saw the doc today though, and she said that first trimester is by far the shittiest most people feel in terms of tiredness, so, 6 weeks to go and then more energy (and sympathy because you can tell people) (Please tell me I'm right and not being overly optimistic!?)

I thought it was just me. I'm only 5w3d and I am  always yawning. Starting at about 11am. Tired tired tired, not good because I have a upbeat 3 year old and a husband. Plus I'm in school for pharmacy.

Totally. I remember this from last time too, and that was without the suddenly-not-sleeping-through 18 month old in the mix!
I started sleeping better in the second trimester I think, though by the third I was waking up to pee and with sore hips a lot from sleeping in the same spot.

Not great news, I know, but I suppose forewarned is forearmed! (Plus the worst sleep deprivation was, and likely is, yet to come...!!!)

Yes I'm also turning 8 weeks tomorrow I'm so tired I was sitting this morning trying to remember how I got through my first pregnancy the first trimester and i know! My husband was 3hours away and i didn't have an 18 month old pulling me in all directions. I don't even want to go to work. I told pretty early last time I'm trying to wait till 12weeks without giving away the reason for such fatigue

YES! I am 8 weeks and 3 days and I teach 3 days a week and can barley stand that! I cry every day because I am so exhausted not only physically but mentally and emotionally! I was worried but from what people tell me it's totally normal. I'm hoping my second and third trimester are better :)

So tired as well!  I have been mildly nauseous and so tired and a hairdresser and 39 and my schedule was set for 4 x10 hr days and was already booked. In order to have enough energy for each client and "fake it" so they don't know I'm pregnant I have been eating something about every 2 hrs. So Ive already gained 9 lbs at 10 weeks. I know this is terrible but I don't want to take the nausea medicine. Everyone is telling me to "watch it" (close friends that know) I'm going to try to tough it out for next two weeks and try not to eat like that. What's the worst that could happen? I'll excuse myself to go vomit I guess.  I'm excited to be pregnant. But this is not what I was expecting!  I just want to sleep.
