Well Ladies I was set to be induced friday morning at 4am but actually went in thursday night with contractions about 5 min apart..... They ended up keeping me and I was dilated to about 4 at about 4am on friday so they started the pitocen at 4am and broke my water about 8am, I was dilated to 5cm..... I decided to get an epidural BUT it only numbed my right side.... they tried fixing it a couple times but it didnt work and by that time I was dilated past 7 so i could not have any IV pain meds!!! So I had to labor through it from about 9am to 1:12 pm when he finally arrived! Well worth the pain! He was 6lbs 9 oz and 18 in long and absolutely beautiful! Mommy and baby are home and tired but doing just great!!! Hope all went well for you others who delivered and wishing you mommies who havent yet a speedy delivery!
