Thank you ladies for all the kind words.
The blood was such a small amount it could have been the beginnings of the mucos plug loosening. It wasn't visible to the eye only to the machine that ran the test.
I am still having steady contractions, just with the pills...I don't really feel the brunt of the pain. Phin doesn't seem to be affected at all by them and has been happily hammering away at my hips and cervix all day. The pressure is crazy. I hope this baby makes it out of me soon...
Awww Poor thing! Try and get some rest! BUT it does sound like the signs of early labor to me too!! so maybe your little one will be here before you know it! I hope all works out well with you hip too! Just try and get some rest, and keep us updated!!!!!
hmmm, sounds like early labour to me. Back pain, raidating hip pain, loose bm, and the contractrions. I bet he just doesn't want to deliver over the weekend. Do you have an exercise ball at home, i bet sitting on one might help with the hip pain
Oh wow! I hope you are ok. What caused the blood in your urine though? That is scary!! Well, hopefully your hip doens't cause problems during labor. What a bummer... I can't remember if you said you were going to try and labor naturally or not, but maybe an epidural would ease your hip pain during labor?
Good news is.... you will probably meet your little man sooner rather than later!! :) And he is fully cooked now, so you won't have to worry ;) Keep us posted!
Oh no...! That does not sound like fun..at all. I hope the hip thing doesn't prove to be a problem. I have heard that the back pain can be a precursor to labor but apparently not since you saw your dr right away. :( That stinks...I bet you are even more ready now to get that baby out of ya! I know I am ready but fortunately I haven't had the pain as badly as some of you guys.
Good luck with the wheelchair...just pretend that you are a queen in a chariot or something..ha. Well at least now you can be doubley doted on by your husband...being Valentines AND you are taking a beating for carrying his child! :)
