hi ladies. havent been on for ages. all going well 31 weeks. time going fast. i have a little girl which i so wanted. got a complication tho. i have something called spd. where the pelvis is moving and causing alot of pain. times cant bearly walk. I have to wera a special belt to try and hold it. any one hadve it of heard of it? all our time is coming up soon. seemed ages away now it dont. good luck to you all

I have it also.  I am not sure its as bad as yours.  I do have pain walking but I have to get over most of the time, cause I am teaching and my kids are counting on me.  I havent gotten a belt either, feel like we are to close to spend the money.  I have it bad at night turning over also, it *****, but at least we have little angels coming out of it!!!!!

Pubic Symphysis - Its the pain that most of us are feeling in our Pubic Area or groin....... Hard to walk at times... or hard to turn over at night due to the pain in the pubic area.... and man it hurts!! Some unfortunately get it TONS worse than others.....They say the maternity support belts help.... but i just havent gotten out to get one yet....

Katie611- Does the belt really help releave some of the pain?
