Am I pregnant?

I could be 5 1\2 months pregnant. My cycle is irregular so that doesn't help. I took 5 PT and they all read NEG. I went to the Dr. and I got a blood test also NEG. the Dr. also gave me a note to see GYN within 1-2 days asap. what does that mean. I'm also slightly over weight and my belly is bigger than usual, I get like sharp pains on my right side and I hear gurgling sounds from my belly. PLEASE HELP !!!!

I have PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome). It causes me to be irregular, over weight, and I get sharp pains in my stomach which is caused by the cyst on my ovaries popping. I agree that by now you would deffinately know by the test if you were pregnant. Talk to your doc to see if PCOS is a possiblilty, I didn't find out until I was 23 that I had it. It also causes fertility issues

You might even have fibroids or a large cyst in or on your ovary.  Those things also cause 'IBS' like symptoms.  I had an enlarged abdomen for a long time only to find out that I have fibroids that made my uterus look like I was 15 weeks.  Definately get it checked out.

You're definitely NOT pregnant if you've done 5 home tests and your blood work is normal. I would imagine your doctor wants you to have an ultrasound scan of your abdomen/pelvis, just to see if there is any physical reason for your belly being bigger than usual. It sound to me more like you have something like irritable bowel syndrome, which causes bloating, abdominal pain, gurgling, things like that. Have you had any change in your bowel habit? Diarrhoea or constipation?

if you were 5months pregnant all tests would deffinatey be positive by now. well obviously you need to see a doctor so make sure you do!? no idead why the doctor wouldn't tell you what he/she thinks it could be.
