December Check up's and U/s

How is everything going? How much weight have we gain? Anything new?

I have been on two courses of antibiotics for UTI's.  The doctor did not seem too concerned bwcause recurring UTI's are common during pregnancy.  I even went to the hospital last week with pains in my lower back which turned out to be my bladder infrection having spread to my kidneys.  Otherwise all is well, although I'm starting to feel uncomfortable (like my stomach is absolutely huge!) even though I know its got a ways to go yet :)

I get the results in three weeks but if I had Diabetes they would have called me!

Are you really going to wait for 3 weeks for the result? I got that test done today and after they pricked my finger they took the blood sample to a machine and 5 seconds later we had an answer. No diabetes, thank god! I thought I was going to have to do it again, cause 40 minutes after drinking the liquid, I puked my braaains out :0( Worst thing is that it wasnt even due to the liquid, but I saw some girl having some blood being taken and me being a hemophobic I started getting dizzy, dizzy and 10 minutes later disaster hit :'(

I went for my December checkup last week and everything was fine. i took that blood sugar test, yuk that is so nasty so when i go back in 3 weeks i will get the results. Our lil Bella was tumbling away. The only complain i have besides the pain in my hips when i lay down or sit for too long is the extreme heartburn, my gosh it is horrible, i swear i have eaten like 3 bottles of Rolaids. Well i guess this is just part of being pregers!

had my 28week consultant appointment today baby doing fine but they have found protein and lukocytes in my urine they have given me a course of antibiotics and sent my sample of for furthur testing not sure if this has happened to any one else..He also said that if it had of go un noticed it can cause preterm labour ??
Charlie my 1st was born early at 35 weeks due to srom so aslong as i make past 34 weeks doc will be happy but i want to keep my baby cooking till at least 37 weeks

Ok so everything is great with the baby. The doc couldnt listen to her heart for more than 3 seconds because she kept moving around! I gained 3 pounds in the last month, which makes my total weight gain 10 lbs. Doc said I should eat more :-/

Check up is tomorrow, I hope I've gained some weight... hmmm I'M trying to see how can I skip that diabetes test lol! I don't want anyone taking my blood again! I'll bring updates tomorrow

oh yeah lots of BH contractions here too. they started at like 18 or 19 weeks an dhavent really let up much. at least theyre not painful(for me anyways) just a tightening and alot of pressure. i was almost worried this morning because ive been sick and i was working this morning. had 2 contractions in like 20 minutes! but once i relaxed they went away.. cold seems to be getting worse though and i hate taking medicine because of the baby :(

Oh yea....With my last to pregnancy I have never had so many BH contx. I am getting them now like 3-5x a day which isnt alot to start to worry about Ouch, they are so not fun! And I feel Huge and just starting to get....done! LOL

Well, Im 26w today!! Saw my Ob yesterday, and had my 25w u/s on last week Thurday. Mr. Logan is doing great, he is 1lbs 12oz, everything is still looking good. I have to go in to do another 1hr sugar test ((ewwww)) And I will start seeing my Ob every 3weeks now. I have gained 6lbs this month, which I am alittle sad by!! I really wanted to keep my weight gain under 20lbs which I could still do, but that only gives me only another 6lbs I can gain in the next 14weeks (( I dont think so, LOL)) But we'll see...I am up to 14lbs so far which isnt bad, you know...well, maybe you dont, baby weight is HARD to get OFF! LOL Pre-pregnancy to this one I was still holding on to 25+lbs from my 1st pregnancy
(( I gained 42lbs in total)) AGH! ANyways, gald to hear all is well with you two~
I cant believe we are so close but so far!! hehehe

wnt to docs yesterday. gained 7 lbs since last appointmnt! (now at 138) finally started to gain weight woo. babies been kicking like crazy the past few days. i have a killer cold and just stared taking tylenol cold(doc said i could) which isn't helping at all. :(

I went for my check up on the 3rd of Dec. I don't know about you, but for regular check ups they just get my weight, blood pressure, fetal hr and ask me if I am fine... and I am. So far I've gained 15 pounds (I will be 26 weeks tomorrow) and they would like me to gain more weight. The baby moves, but it is gently movements, I've not experienced the real painful kicks yet. :) what about you?
