worried and concerned.. any advise welcome

ok.. so i am 23 weeks and 4 days.. i had my ultra sound and all looks well with the baby. everything normal and i am so happy due to the fact that i have diabeties. anyway. befor i was pregnant i was on meds for my anxiety disorder. and today at my appointment i had explained to the doctor that i am starting to suffer from them again..(panic attacks) so the doctor put me back on the same meds i was on befor.. the problem is i look it up and it says that it is a level D and that it is not recomended for pregnancy. so i am sort of worried about taking it..
It was my OB doctor that prescribed it to me and i dont think he would give me anything that i should not take but im just sort of a worry wart.. hence nedding the meds..
so what do you think? should i follow what the doctor is saying or just go with what it says in the warning labels

I suffer from panic attacks too.  However, I refuse to take anything that might hurt my baby.  When I start to get one I talk myself down.  It's not easy at all, and when I start to hyper ventilate I get a brown paper bag. I'd rather have the stress then the chemicals.  It's up to you of course!  I would definitely stay away from class D drugs, ask to be put on something else.

What is the medicine they put you on? I have panic attacks too. They put me on Buspar & Zoloft. They are both  class b medicine's. I would ask your doctor about switching you to one of those!
