Abdominal rash?

I forget the name of it but two weeks ago I started with the itching on my abdomen (mainly my belly area). It's soo itchy now, with little red bumps. All the advice I found so far has told me to talk to the doctor but right now an additional appointment is out of the question (twice a week NST test, once weekly ultrasound, birthing class, as well as a 40 hour third shift work week is draining any attempt of sleep I can muster). Just wondering if anyone else has found an over the counter solution for this that worked well. The aveno lotion with oatmeal I usually use in winter does nothing, tried cortizone cream as well as the medicated anti itch powder, offers a little relief after a shower but wears has little effect after a few hours.
