Ftm 40 weeks and getting induced on Sunday

I'm a ftm my doctor doesn't want me to go beyond 41 weeks so I'm getting induced on Sunday I am terrified I don't handle pain well at all! I know natural labor is hard but being induced makes it worse!

Me too hoping to labor naturally before monday morning. This baby doesnt want to come out !!!!

I definitely don't want an epidural. I have a very mild case of lower back arthritis and heard that you can have issues later in life. I totally didn't know the pitocin effects the baby like that so hopefully she'll come soon. I think I lost some mucus plug and had a light pink color so maybe my water will break before Tuesday. Hopefully you start laboring before Sunday!

I'm worried about the pitocin also! Especially since it can make her heart rate drop and then the doctors will give me a c section and I have back problems and don't want the epidural to make it worse!

I'm with you!  My Dr doesn't want me to go past 41 weeks either so she's scheduled my induction for Tuesday. I really hope she comes naturally though because I heard pitocin is a b****
