Tough time at work

So I know I shouldn't complain because I have a sit down job, but it is horribly painful to sit for 85% or more of my day. Every day!! I get contractions at least one per hour that make me feel like my pelvis is going to break! As soon as I get off and am able to move freely I feel SOOOOO much better! But it is truly getting exhausting!! It's like 8 hours of early labor a day Monday thru Friday and sometimes Saturday too... I am only 32 weeks so my little princess needs to cook longer, but it would be nice to get some relief soon! I have a maternity support that I wear when I can, but it hurts my stomach from sitting all day. Sorry this post is so long, but I am stuck can't keep complaining to my husband and I need to get it off my chest. Well the JOYS OF PREGNANCY strike again. God bless all you mommies to be!

Thanks for all the suggestions. The biggest issue is the fact that I have an overbearing mother hen of a supervisor and every time she sees on the system activity that I am not actively working she rushes over to my desk to try and "catch me"!! It it's so ridiculous I'm too the point that I wish they would fire me just so I don't have to deal with he foolishness any more. I think she is jealous that I'm pregnant and having a girl as she was only able to have one child and it was a boy (16 years ago)

If I sit more than 40 minutes I get so sore that I struggle to get up! Try getting up and walking up the hall or go somewhere to do a few pelvic tilts to stretch out your back and hips. Good luck!

Get up and move occasionally. I know when I sit too long without waking around it hurts. I can't walk a lot ask at once, but I can't sit a lot all at once either

I had a desk/seated job and was able to elevate my feet with another chair and small pillow. It really helped. I also had to walk to the water fountain frequently so it was a very short break.  Can't you stand for some of your shift?   Do stretches--even if they're arm/neck stretches.

A yoga ball my help. You would be able to  rock and roll your pelvis and stretch out your lower back.

I hear you! I brought a pillow from home to put partially under my butt, and part of my back, which seems to help. I also get up a lot to go to the bathroom, which helps so I'm not in the same position all day.
I hope you can find a way to be more comfortable, because it sounds like it is almost unbearable!
