hungry all the time

Anyone else hungry all the time?? I'm 18+2 and I eat & eat &eat and can't get full no matter what I eat.. Is this normal at this far gone?

My problem is I do get full, to the point of being sick but I still want more! I go to sleep thinking about food at night and wake up thinking about it. Its crazy. I gained a pound a week the first 10 weeks but stopped letting myself eat so much so the gain has slowed down thank god.
