I told my midwife and she said it is normal in last weeks of pregnancy. I should stay hydrated, rest and eat healthy. I am glad the pregnancy is almost over. I can't take it anymore.

I think I walked a little too much yeaterday and it caused the pain. I called my midwife and she said I can take benwdryl and it will put me to sleep. Thank you ladies for the replies. Appreciate it.

Try also stretching.  While it hurts like crazy to do it, it will alleviate it. It's what I have to do. I get so bad at times I can't walk.

I had this with my first, midwife told me it was a nerve trapped. Ring up and see someone if you cant cope with pain, you can only take paracetamol have plenty of rest and baths. Also hot water bottle can take away some of pain. Its soo hard being uncomfortable and in pain, but if unbearable ring midwife or labour ward for advice. Could just be pressure from baby or the position of baby. Hope you can find some comfort.x
