I asked my midwife avout castoroil and she said it will only make you sick. Walk and intercourse work well I have heard. I walked a lot with my daughter and I think it worked. She was a day late though. I am almost 38 weeks and i walked for 30 minutes today and now my legs are killing me and keeping me from sleep :(

A friend of mine tried castor oil and she had really bad diarrhea and was throwing up from it and all it did was start braxton Hicks contractions

There are so many old wives tales that say they bring on labor. No e of them do. If o e of them works, it happens to be because you were doing whatever it was at the time that baby decided to make his/her appearance.... 500 or 5000 other people will do the same exact thing and have it not work. Just remember you can't labor without being hydrated.
