I am 37 weeks 5 days pregnant and having lite spotting. Is it okay?

Your cervix is starting to change and prepare for labor in the weeks to come. It's normal at this time. You might start to see bit of your mucus plug coming out as well. Isn't necessarily any indicator that it's labor, you can still go over due. Everyone is different.
I am turning 38 weeks tomorow and experiencing exactly the same thing? I have no idea if it means labours is about to happen soon... X
