So any shower plans yet?

Well my girlfriends have already started the planning, anybody else starting the planning process? I told my girlfriends I was way to excited about this baby, so I was helping!

I am the shower thrower of our group I've done more showers than I can count between babies and weddings! I am a sucker for this kinda stuff.

We decided on Feb. 29th, only because I will have my little bundle early, we are looking at the beginning of the 3rd week of April. So I would like to have time to situate all from the shower and not have it piled in the corner when baby comes! LOL

i dont think we will be having a shower, i dont know many ppl and the few family members i do still have around are having some financial issues....so i will be coping with buying resale...lol...unless i can get some great deals during tax time...lol

My shower will be in February as well just to give me enough time to get the things I didn't receive at the shower that I may need in time for the baby.  A friend of ours is also throwing us a coed diaper shower!  He's gonna bbq and we're all just gonna hang out and have a great time!

Ours will be co-ed as well, my Dh wouldn't miss it even if boys weren't allowed! He is a goober though! This is the guy I caught searching the web to find a ladybug ceiling fan for our nursery! HeHe

i will be having one in feb as well since no guarentee i'll go full term but don't know what date yet, i can't wait.... i like the idea of baby shower after baby but my family gets a little gift happy so they tell me not to buy ANYTHING til after shower so i must have mine b4 and room done as well.

we are planning to have one, but not until after the baby is born. I like the idea of everyone being able to meet the baby. The other thing we are doing that is unusual is having a boy/girl shower. that way my husband and the grandpas and stuff can come.We did this for my neice and nephew and everyone had alot of fun. Its quite fun to see the guys play all the little shower games. The best part was when my brother opened the breast pump!! lol

baby showers arent really a big thing over here, so doubt i'll have one :( just get loads of pressies when the babe is born instead!! and if we decide to have the baby christened then lots more pressies and a lil party :) i wish they were more traditional to have showers over here it sounds so great, ive never been to one!
