Sometimes lookin at my daughter makes me cry, I was feedin her last night and my eyes started to water thinkin to much about how she never got to meet her great gran who died when I was 39 weeks pregnant, just couldnt stop thinkin how much my gran would have loved her and all the itailan songs she would have sang to her :( am never ever goin to get over this!

Yeah I believed when amelia was born she was goin to make my gran better aswell and my gran died before that which I think was the most heart breakin thing of all, I told my mum amelia was goin to love my gran more than anyone because she was the person I loved more than anyone

What helped me was knowing that my kids will know loved ones who passed through me. Stories, pictures, etc. Yes it's heartbreaking they wont meet in person, but you can share your memory with them :)

I do the same thing. My step dad passed away a few months before I got pregnant. I'm always thinking about how he never even got to know we were pregnant and having a little girl. I think about how much he would of loved her and spoiled her. It breaks my heart that he was such a big part of my life and she'll never know him.

*hugs* It'll be hard Franky but it'll be easier. I had the same thing happen to me when I was pregnant with my 8yr old. You wont get over it, this is true, but you will be able to cope with it.
