I got my flu shot first prenatal visit. My doctor highly recommended it and I do too. I haven't had any flu abd I also heard that it helps baby up to six months to be protected against the flu if you get your shot while pregnant. I don't remember where I heard that one but any help I'll take it.
The CDC recommends every pregnant woman should have the flu shot. It will help keep both you and baby more healthy. I did hear that you want to make sure you get the injection, not the nose spray.

i was told by both of my dr's that they recommended it to keep me from getting sick.
I got my flu jab, it helps coz u dont wana b ill in pregnancy however after gettin ma flu jab only then did I find out there was a small chance of miscarriage and I wasnt happy but am fine and havent been ill all winter
I would ask what it is suspended in, and decide of you really want to have mercury and formaldehyde injected into your body...
