The "jelly belly" Effect... >_>

Ok... I dont mind the stretchmarks... but this pooch? Or as Ive heard it called - "jelly belly" - I DO mind. I look like I have beer guy syndrome... my abs look like they could be draped over my bladder. You guys know what Im talking about right???

How do we get rid of it?! I was told crunches but I clearly have some back issues that need addressed cause I cant lay on the floor without my lower back screaming at me.

Awesome! Thanks Franky! And that ***** tomorrow :-( I dont know about my skin's elasticity... just have never been able to be rid of the accursed "jelly belly" since my first. I know we're supposed to have a little bit, but I feel like I have enough for like three or more.

My pooch is mostly due to loose flabby skin and the only way its going to go away completely is if I get a tummy tuck. It'll hopefully get a little better like it was before baby #3 but my skin has next to no elasticity :(
