Try having contractions but you arent even dialating. And now here I am approaching 37wks come Monday - and nothing. Hes a squirmin' but no contractions, no pain, etc. Dont get me wrong, I was not comfy and sorta am now, but its just weird... like the calm before the storm...

Your baby loves her nest and don't worry she'll come when she's ready. Make sure you walk plenty and exercise, that will help your delivery when it's time. I just had my 36 week check up and the doctor didn't even look up my legs. It's all good with me. The less they stick their fingers in there the better!

I meant to say that both my girls were born before the due date. I prepared by walking alot and waiting patiently.

When are you do? N my two previous pregnancies I never found out what braxton hicks were nor anything about how many centimeters I had opened. Being a member of this forum is nice for support but it's also more then we can handle sometimes. Everyone is different just do what your doc reccomends and all will be fine.

I don't have contractions and don't know if I'm dilated yet either. I'm not bothered though cause I thought I was going to be induced and am soo happy to find out all my health is almost back to normal so doc said we don't have to induced. Just gotta keep my blood pressure down and ill be able to go till bub is ready to come out. Instead of when doc has to get bub out. You will be fine franky after bub gets here you won't remember any of this and it won't be long till you wanna do it again. :) the end result is so worth it.

Better in then out early. Am sure there are other pregnant ladies experiencing premature contractions who wish they were like you with baby growing in them without worry of preterms. There is always a risk to babies when they come early.

Be thankful you don't feel the contractions darlin. Yes its a sign your body is getting ready but from a point of view with someone having contractions, your already uncomfortable enough being this far along to have contractions that add to the discomfort just *****!  I'd rather feel nothing then just go into labor one day then not know whether or not today is going to be the day cuz theccontractions hurt more then yesterday or are closer together. I feel like that everyday. No one likes the last little stretch of pregnancy. The good news is YES it will end. You can't be pregnant forever =)
I am in the same boat though with being over it. When I went to the hospital the other day and the nurse was sayin things like ya want the baby to stay in there as long as possible and its not much longer now I wanted to grab her ame shake the sh** out of her. All I could think of yes I know longer is better for the baby but its making mommy feel like crap so if she wants out now I'm not gonna stop her lol. Now I'm 4days away from being considered full term so she can stay a little longer and I'm ok with it. Hormones and discomfort just make your mind go a little crazy at this point.
