worried!!!!

I'm 15w2d pregnant with my first child and I'm not gaining weight nor showing yet??? I throw up everything I put in my mouth except fruits and salads, I'm freaking out now worrying that my baby is not getting all the nutrients that he or she needs to grow!? What do I do? Can someone please let me know if they are experiencing any of my symptoms?? Im so scared!

hopefully the sickness will go away i was really sick at first also but ive not gotten sick in a week (knock on wood) and i lost total of 11 gained only a few back but still 7-8 pounds under my original weight. i do however look pregnant at only 16+4 weeks.

Yea im 16 weeks and I vomit all the time its normal

Whewwww.. Thank you so much ladies for your encouraging words. I've also told my dr about me not gaining weight and throwing up, she said it was ok because I'm still early but I was still unsure.. I only look pregnant when I eat something lol.. thank u so much ladies, I wish you all luck with your pregnancy! :)

Yeah last two weeks was worst for me cudnae stop spewing, am 16 week 1 day now havent gained weight and barely showing so your fine and if ur baby isnt gettin anything from the food its getting it from ur body as your body stores the stuff your baby requires

Hey mama don't worrie at all!!! I'm almost 17 and I'm at 0gain and my first 3 months I couldn't keep anything down my Dr its fine she said that baby is getting what it needs from what was already in my body and that if I don't gain later it might be an issue or if I lose but as of now I wouldn't worrie!!!
