dry skin, itchy patches

I'm 15 weeks 6 days. This is my second pregnancy and with my first, I never dealt with dry skin issues. But with this one, I've developed dry skin patches on my back, which are also itchy!
I have a doctor appointment December 6 and just wondering if any other moms to be deal with this same problem!!

I have it really bad im 18 weeks! it *****! ge the a moisturising body wash, soap free as soap dries out your skin (sanex is awesome) and use a body butter their very good for dry skin!! :-)

My boyfriend has been applying lotion and it doesn't help. Its actually gotten worse. It was mostly on my upper back, around my shoulders. Now the patches have gotten bigger and spread to my mid back. My mom and boyfriend told me just to tell the doctor at my appointment to see what they can do and maybe determine what it is, or refer me to a dermatologist.

I am 16 weeks 2 days with my second and am dealing with the exact same thing I'm so itchy try applying lotion often thats what i do it helps a little
