glucose test

Orange is nasty,  I liked fruit punch one. But I failed  :/ so yep have prick my finger  six times a day this *****!

I hated it...well the result. We got 410ml of lucozade to drink in 5 minutes. Real nasty stuff to drink even when not pregnant and on top of it after fasting for 12 hrs, nasty! Turns out I have gestational diabetes (readings were slightly elevated) where I now have to monitor (prick and test) my blood glucose everyday until baby arrives. ***** because it makes me stress about eating anything carbohydrate. My baby somehow was on track but I since being on this new diet baby measured 3 days smaller than supposed to. I'm not sure if it is related but I know I feel stressed when the readings are not what I'm expecting inspite of following a relatively sugarless diet anyway prior to the test. Sorry, had to vent lol!

I had the fruit punch, sadly I couldn't keep it down and had to go back to do a different test. It wasn't horrible but it just didn't sit right

I failed my first one so I have to do the 3 hour test. I've been putting it off but I guess I'll do it on the morning

I gagged it down and had heartburn and nausea for hours. I failed it and they tried to make me do the 3 hour test. I gagged it down again and puked 20 minutes into it. It's disgusting!

I liked the drink mine was red too and it was nice and cold but I fail the test :(

I didnt mind it lol. Passed the first try. Didnt fast or anything

I actually liked the drink lol I had the red one and to me it tasted like over sugared kool-aid. I passed with a 121.
