Discomfort

Hi ladies,
Those around the 35/36 wk mark: I'm starting to feel period like cramps that somehow extend to one side on my lower back. Anyone feeling this? Last night whilst sleeping the bottom bit near bladder side started to cramp but it kept doing that for quite a while with a dull ache on the lower back. Took about 2hrs to subside. Thought I was going to cry. It wasn't painful, just very uncomfortable and almost felt like gas pain. Don't know how to describe it but it wasn't something I've felt before. Baby is also moving quite strongly, almost like he's tangling my intestines. Is this is a niggle of things to come? Lol?

I'll be 36 weeks on Thursday. I have also started feeling cramps in different parts of my stomach. When she moves around, it sometimes gets worse. I just try to relax, and change positions. If it gets too bad I will probably try Tylenol to help with pain. As far as I know, it's normal. Body getting ready for labor.
