Haven't been able to sleep...

I'm 25+3 and have a very active baby on my hands! I have had the hardest time sleeping for the last month or so.. I have tried to tell myself it's normal and to get used to it but it keeps getting worse and I hate thinking about how bad its going to be by the time I'm full term! I get so sore laying down and she kicks so much that it makes me nauseous. Anyone else going through this? And does anyone have any ideas that will help me sleep better? She's active all day too so it's not just that she has her days and nights mixed up..

Yeah, I can only sleep for about 3 or 4 hours at time. :/ I find that just getting up and walking or rocking side to side puts him to sleep faster so I can get back to bed.

Try walking around just before bed time. Our motions rock baby to sleep. They are a lot more active when when we sit or lay down.

With my first son he refused to stop moving attack night I would take warm baths then put headphones on my stomach and play music... it may sound crazy but it helped... this pregnancy has been completely different and he has been really calm, hoping he stays that way... good luck!

I usually have this issue, but last night i was crabby and decided to walk my irritation off on my treadmill at a faster (but still doable) pace. I went to go to bed immediately after and got worried that i over did it because LO wasn't jumping aroung like it usually does when i lay down for bed. I layed there for awhile and after about an hour of keeping myself awake worrying i got up drank some oj and baby woke right up and started kicking. I may walk again tonight and see if it works again , but this time go to sleep while baby is sleeping instead of laying awake worrying
