Not a question, but a mini rant. So close!
So I had my 39 week appointment the other day and it was such a bummer! I'm still only 2 cm dilated but I've progressed from 50% to being 90% effaced. The major disappointment of that appointment was that my doctor had advised me if I had came in just an hour earlier he would have induced me and I could have had my little girl that night. But because I came in at the time scheduled he wouldn't have enough time and my induction would put off a previously scheduled surgery. So if I don't have her by next week then I will be induced. I'm just irritated that one measly hour came between my baby and I. I'll just impatiently wait for her to come. Congratulations to all the mommys that have their babies now and to all the moms that are still waiting, I'm sorry. Soon ladies! Soon we shall see our babies!
She'll come out soon. Im going to see if swing sets help tomorrow! Lol maybe the g force will put enough pressure down there to burst her water sack :)
He just started at this job and they said they couldn't give him any time off and if he didn't show he was fired :-(
I'm 40w with my third baby (everyone swears after the first one you'd never make it to 40) and I'm not even dialed enough to get a sweep! I'm dying over here! She's not engaged at all and only 50% effaced...I'm about to freak out lol...
I'm due tomorrow and scheduled to be induced Tuesday. Hoping that all goes well. I really want my baby and I'm so miserable and feel like total crap. I've been 1cm dilated and 50% effaced for 2 weeks and nothing has changed. Can't wait to go Tuesday unfortunately the baby's father has to work and will be late for the induction and then have to go into work that night :/
I'm sorry. I definitely understand ur frustration. I was supposed to be induced last Thursday May 21st and after a bunch of run around with my hospital and doctor my induction got cancelled. I was furious to say the least! Total bologna to tell someone that are going to have their baby on a planned day then just say no. It ruined everything for me. 1 week later today my due date I got induced. Not much longer mama till ur baby is in ur arms
