body temperature

Is anyone else burning up? My hands and feet, every night, are freezing but my core/body is burning up. Sorry warm/hot to the touch. I'd love to hear if anyone else feels like this. I googled and some women experience this but I didn't see a cause.

I have a Dr.app torture because they want to know why my body temp is high.

I am. My core temp has gone up by 1 degree on average (normally have very low natural temp) and im really feeling it. Have no idea why though
