exercise and weight loss worries?

I walk about two hours a day and sweat quite a bit and am a little worried because my pre pregnancy weight was about 105 and I hardly gained a pound until one month (around the holidays) I was totally lazy and pigged out as much as possible and ended up gaining 15 pounds in a month. After that the gain was about 3-5 pounds at the next two visits which were a month apart. But at my 32 week app I was 134, and two weeks later, I had only got to 134.9. I've been determined to stay active more towards the end of this pregnancy, but I'm worried that with all this exercise my 36 week app might show that I've LOST weight. Will my doctors be worried, even if the baby is still at a normally progressive size?

No your dr. Wont be worried. My dr. Told me to exercise till the end or i cant handle it anymore. As long as the baby is growing .

I got told its fine to exercise as long as you keep your heartrate below 145bpm while training and keep well hydrated. If your sweating alot your losing hydration so just drink plenty of water. As long as your baby is growing fine thats what they'll be concerned about. Just remember in the last few weeks baby needs more calories so make sure your eating enough to cover what your burning and still gove you and bubs the nutrients you both need

15 kilos or 30 pounds is bang in the middle of the recommendations for gain here in Australia. Im sitting at 23kilos up atm. And I was still swimming 3 ks a week until 32w. But having said that, a little extra fat is not bad in the last trimester so maybe back it off a bit now u've only got a month to go. Fyi sweat is ok, breathlessness is not. So if u can't hold a conversation at any point then stop cos ur heart is doing tok much.
