I have been lifting for about 4 years now...ive been doing the same routine
(squats,deadlifts,dumbells,kettlebells,
cardio..etc.. just dont lift as heavy as i usually depending on the workout). Im with you as far as the energy..theres days where im completely drained...but i usually take advantage of my good days. What helps me is tracking my cal burned.

Yes as long as you were doing things before, you should be fine. I have been lifting for 2 years and my body is already used to it. I just don't lift as much as I did before. Just know your limits but you don't need to be overly worried or concerned. Hope that helps.

As long as your not over doing it. As long as you are doing the same as you did before than you should be OK. I lift and take care of individuals with disabilities. I haven't had any
Issues.

I lift heavy and I'm talking about squatting 100lbs benching and doing back workouts. I'm 12w 3d and I do this everyday. So I'm sure you are ok. Don't worry though. I also still carry my 2 boys if there sleeping my oldest is almost 7 and weighs 50lbs. I of course got the ok from my obgyn. So you should be good!
