made her own schedule :)

Well I was supposed to be induced at 6:30pm. My daughter decided she wanted to meet me sooner :p. At 2am I started having contractions 5 min apart very light ones but regular. By 5am they were 3 min apart and uncomfortable. Drank water, took a shower...Nothin helped. 6 am drove myself to hospital 20 minutes away..they weren't too bad but still close together. They checked my cervix at 7am after monitoring contractions I was at 3.5cm had me walk around for 1 hour to see if I would progress...I did to 5.5cm...got admitted. Epidural at 11am,causing contractions to stop, so they gave me pitocin. By 6pm I was 8cm dilated. 7pm 9.5cm, 8pm I hit 10cm..yes the epidural  worked for contractions but when it came time to push it only helped a little. It literally felt like I ripped a new one. Which I kinda did, 3 very small tears the pain got to where i could push her out unassisted, so the used the vacuum. Which omg!!a relief but hurt when she came out so quick! And I had 55 minutes of pushing all together I had 12 hours of "active" labor(4cm and up)
She came out weighing 6lbs 12oz, 19 in long. She is gorgeous, looks just like her daddy. She loves Makin noises :)
