my brothers dog

I visit my brother regularly(he lives across the street) and I see his dog all the time he'll come to me I pet him same old same thing. well lately when I go see my brother his dog is all over me
and I've heard a lot of people say it's a sign of pregnancy of some sort is that true?

Yes, my dog, a German Shepherd follows me everywhere, always has done in my pregnancies, in fact I think she knew I was pregnant before I did!
