preeclamsia/protein in urine

So Im 28 wks 2 days and I took a 24 hr urine test and my numbers came back high 171 when they should be between 50-80...I have also had persistent bad headaches some dizziness shortness of breath and fatigue. but no high blood pressure so am I preeclamptic or not? Would it be mild or severe? What is the treatment for this while pregnant? Ik the only cure is delivery.any ladies with experience please reply.thanks!

I had this with my 1st pregnancy starting around the same time,  but I had high blood pressure. They induced the day i hit 37 weeks.

Yes, you are.  High blood pressure is only one symptom of preeclampsia. Be prepared for bed rest, possibly medicine, no stress tests and early delivery.
