prenatals
So I think the prenatal I am taking is making me sick. Im not throwing up but Im constantly in the bathroom and my tummy always feels upset. It ***** b/c all those pills are pretty much the same. I will be 6 weeks on monday. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
I tried taking it at night and got the same reaction. The reason I think its my pills is because I didnt take one all day, was fine. Took one at night and I had diarrhea from hell after that. They are just the equate ones from walmart. I think I will try the more natural ones instead. Thanks for the advice :-)
Try a more natural/organic prenatal. I take Rainbow Light prenatal with DHA and I only feel nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach. It's easy in stomachs and is non-constipating as well :)
Or if taking them at night doesnt work talk to your doc about gummie prenatals. They're way better and tastier. Hope you feel better Momma
