Try to get lots of rest make sure ur drinking lots of water and empty your bladder ...all this I'm sure I know and have been told :) I was experiencing cramp pains contractions and pressure since before 28 weeks now I'm 90% effaced and 1-2 cm dilated since 30 weeks I will be 32 weeks Friday I had the shots as well and just had a 3 rd dose today just to be safe I've read and talked to other moms who have had baby's at 28 weeks and did great after being in the nicu for a while its not ideal but just try to do things to keep your mind off it sleep read watch movies prepare for baby with Things you can do in bed like fold clothing or maybe get some online shopping done or even baby book or something :) think positive and keep those feet up

It would be hard not to, but if you do deliver this early there is a good chance of survival(95%). Also keep in mind the more you worry and stress the more stress that your, body and baby go through. Try to relax and imagine your body relaxing, and your stomach not contracting. Best of luck.
