stomach question

I'm close to 27wks and just wondering whether anyone feels like they're tummy is sensitive? Like after eating or drinking I feel like stomach ache/diarrheoa sensation coming on...but it doesnt result in runny tummy...also, last night whilst sleeping I felt this sharp pain probably near my diaphragm/below boobs that felt like I was tearing? Is this a sign of things stretching? Felt weird and didn't know what to make of it, so I just drank some water.

If you have the same symptoms but start to vomit it could be your gallbladder acting up.  I had the same symptoms and had to have an emergency surgery to remove the gallbladder at 20 weeks because I couldn't eat broth without getting sick with my second pregnancy.  Of course this is worse case scenario.  :-)
As an FYI it usually takes about 45 minutes after a meal before it hits.

Just about any time I eat I feel sick in one way or another for awhile, mostly due to having less room and it causing acid reflux for me. I'm 29 weeks. And as for the stretching/tearing feeling, I've never really had it in that spot but look up round ligament pain see if that's what it is. We're running out of room so I'm sure some pains here and there like that are normal, but if you were bleeding or cramping or the pain was in the lower abdomen then I'd worry.
