squats to help drop baby
Has anyone tried squats to help drop baby ? If so , does it work & how many did you do ?
I bounced on a yoga ball. Never got her to drop tho. She had to much amniotic fluid protecting her head from descending. Had to wait until my water broke before labor even started.
