Yes I did! I was worried and thought something was wrong so i went in to see my midwife the following day. I had an ultrasound the same day and everything was fine. The midwife said it could be something as simple as stress and i shouldn't worry much unless the bleeding was constant!

I did during my last pregnancy, they did a chemical cauterization on my cervix twice and it seemed to stop the problem. You can get little cysts or sensitive spots on your cervix that can bleed when "poked" haha as long as it isn't continuous and you have no other issues like pain or cramping you should be fine but could always mention it to your ob.
