I had this problem all my pregnancies this is my 6th and this is the first time I'm able to hold down any type of vitamin what I did was get the trunatal prenatal gummies it says take 2 at a time I take 1 at morning 1 at night.I take them with a snack or small meal so my stomachs not empty. Believe me I tried it all, taking them at night just had me up puking at night. This is the only thing I've found to help me

I was told the flintstone gummies for kids are a good alternative, but I'd ask the doctor before taking Flintstones. Its what my mother in law took during her pregnancy because she couldn't keep down regular prenatal vitamins.

Yes! My doctor said to stop taking the prenatal since they were doing more harm than good. But I would still talk to your doctor.

I've haven't personally had this problem, but I've heard a lot of women get nauseous taking prenatals. Try taking it at night before you go to bed. I was told that works because you basically sleep through the nausea.

I had to switch vitamins during my first pregnancy bc they made me sick, either way I'm awful at staying on top of taking them I try to just make sure I also get a variety of healthy foods to try and compensate.
