Would love to hear Updates on all babies.

Hi everyone. Fionn had is 4month check up on thursday. He is 19.6lbs and 25.5 inches already. Still just breastfeeding  as the doctor would prefer him not to go on solids yet as he will gain weight more quickly. He is sleeping through the night, but daytime naps are only about 15min.He is teething at the moment but most of the time he is a happy playful little boy.He loves bathtime and being in the exersaucer.

Santana is doing great at 3 months 2 weeks she is 14lbs 1oz, 25.5 inches long, breastfeeding, and eating some cereal at night. She takes quick naps during the day and only wakes up at night to nurse...Glad to see everyone is doing well!

Seems alot of our husbands are losing their jobs. My DH lost his job when Fionn was 3 weeks. He is still looking, but in the mean time enjoying time with Fionn. It is tough but the most important thing is that we are all healthy and staying strong as a family. Good luck to all in the job hunt.

I haven't been on much lately.  But I've enjoyed reading how everyone's babies are doing!  Let's see, Logan will have his 4 month check-up on Friday. Last weigh-in, a couple weeks ago, he was 16.5 lbs. He's in 6 month clothes now.  He babbles a LOT, and he did say "mama" today. My mom heard it too; might have been just random babble, but I'm going with it!. He's quite a little flirt, always smiling and raising his eyebrows.  When he gets a reaction to that, then he pretends he's shy by raising his shoulders and turning his head. He doesn't nap much during the day, but does pretty well at night. He wakes up, takes his bottle, and then goes right back to sleep. We had some problems with GERD, but he takes Pepcid and sleeps on an angle, so it's controllable. I think we will be starting him on cereal on Friday, as the doctor told us last time we were in that we would discuss it. We've been practicing sitting up and rolling over, and saying mama-I'm determined!

I am so glad to hear that everyone is doing well.  I havent been on for a while.  My work has been really slow.  So I havent been on the internet very much.  We had to shut our internet off at home, due to my husband getting laid off and not being able to find any work.  And they are trying to screw him out of his unemployment.  So frustrating.

Chloe is doing awesome.  She is growing so fast.  I am not sure what her current weight is.  She turned 3 months old on Feb. 13th.  At her 2 month check up she was weighing 14 lbs and 25 inches long.  She has only been sick once thank god.  But we had a major problem with MRSA staph at our house.  My husband was in the hospital for 6 days and before we knew that he had it, Chloe came into contact with it.  So we have been battling that.  She is bottle feed, and is eating 6 oz. at a time.  About 5 times a day.  I think we are going to have to make it 7 oz really soon.  I have been feeding her cereal in her bottle at night time.  It has really helped with her sleeping for longer periods.  She is on a really good schedule.

7 am she wakes up and eats
9 am she takes a 2 hour nap
11 am she wakes up
Noon she eats and plays
2 pm she takes about a 3hr nap
5 pm she wakes up to eat and play
7 pm or 8 pm she takes another nap
10 pm or 11pm she wakes up and eats again and then she goes to bed for the night and wakes at 7 again.

She loves her sleep and she gets very crabby if she doesnt have her naps.  She takes after her mommy, lol.  We couldnt have asked for a better baby.  She hardly ever cries or fuses.  She is really good at entertaining herself.  And is so interested in everything.  I love to play with her and make her laugh and smile.  I will get some new pics posted today!!

Jett is 12 weeks today and weighs 15 pounds 7 oz.  He is growing like  a weed weighing 6-12 month clothes and they barely fit!  I'm nursing exclusively- we haven't even tried a bottle!  So far, he hasn't been sick which is amazing since I have two older ones in school bringing home every germ in the book!!  He's not on a great daytinme schedule yet but has been doing much better at night going down about 9:30, sleeping until 4:45 and then back down until around 8:00 which is GREAT!!  He does have reflux but we're on Zantac and it's going well!

Hope everyone's little one is doing well!

Our 4 month check up was last week.

Luke is 13lb 6oz and Ella is 12lb.  They are getting ready to be on formula only starting very soon.  I have been pumping for 4 months and have never had enough for two babies.  Fortunately, my ped. is very supportive!!!  Both babies have been sleeping through the night since about 2.5 months.  They take one long afternoon nap but all other naps are short.  I have cereal on hand and will be starting it sometime in the next few weeks.  My ped. said to start it anytime since they have meet all of the "pre-requisites."  Their little personalities are really showing!!!!!

I need to send messages to everybody letting them know our forum is continuing...
